Roof Wash-Roof Repair-3 Coats of Quality Paint:

Roofcare specialise in the restoration of concrete tile, pressed metal tile and longrun iron roofs. We will wash- taking away years of muck, gunge and other nasties, perform any necessary repair work- fixing thoses areas that could cause you major problems down the track, and apply our 3 coats of Quality to your roof – we’ll do everything we can to try and minimize a complete re-roof.

The Roofcare Coating System uses specially formulated high solids, elastomeric acrylic based membrane coatings, containing moss and mould inhibitors and UV absorbers that maximise weather protection, flexibility, durability and general appearance.

We apply the 3 coats of quality by airless spray in the colour of choice, we have many modern colours to choose from.

The first application of paint is a sealer, the second coat is a high build formulation based on water borne acrylic copolymer and the third coat is a gloss finish coat based on pure acrylic water borne polyer.

How we treat your roof with our 3 Coats of Quality!

Concrete tile roofs:

We Spray your roof with Safe N Simple Roofcares very own, Moss, mould and algae remover.
Then we water blast your roof & clean out the gutters.
Replace leaking damaged & cracked tiles.
Repoint ridge and hip caps with Selleys Point Works & Rebed ridge caps where needed.
Roofcare’s 3 Coats of Quality is then applied: We apply our Protective Colour coating system: one coat of concrete tile sealer, one coat of high density waterproofing cover coat, finished with one coat of high density colour glaze.

Up to 15 years warranty applies.

Long run Iron /Metal Tile roofs:

We Spray your roof with Safe N Simple TM Roofcares very own, Moss, mould and algae remover.
Then we water blast your roof & clean out gutters.
Replace leaking damaged tin tiles/longrun roof sheets.
Replace loose, damaged & rusty nails
Treat surface rust with a rust neutraliser(if required).
Roofcare’s 3 Coats of Quality is then applied: We apply our protective colour coating system: one coat of base primer, one coat of high-density high build cover coat, finished with one coat of colour glaze.
