Roofcare specialise in the restoration of concrete tile, pressed metal tile and longrun iron roofs. We will wash, taking away years of muck, gunge and other nasties, perform any necessary repair work, fixing those areas that could cause you major problems down the track, and apply our 3 coats of Roofcare's protective paint system to your roof. We'll do everything we can to try and minimize a complete re-roof.

The Roofcare Coating System uses specially formulated high solids, elastomeric acrylic-based membrane coatings, containing moss and mould inhibitors and UV absorbers that maximise weather protection, flexibility, durability and general appearance.

We apply the 3 coats of Roofcare's protective paint system by airless spray in the colour of your choice; we have many modern colours to choose from.

Our Process

How we treat your roof. The first coat is a sealer, the second is a high-build water-borne acrylic copolymer, and the third is a gloss finish based on pure acrylic water-borne polymer.

Wash

Spray your roof with Safe N Simple, Roofcare's very own moss, mould and algae remover. Then water-blast the roof and clean out the gutters.

Repair

Replace leaking, damaged and cracked tiles or roof sheets. Treat surface rust on iron roofs. Re-point and re-bed ridge and hip caps where needed.

3 Coats of Paint

One coat of sealer or base primer, one coat of high-density waterproofing cover coat, and one coat of high-density colour glaze for a long-lasting gloss finish.

Concrete tile roofs

Spray with Safe N Simple, Roofcare's moss, mould and algae remover.
Water-blast the roof and clean out the gutters.
Replace leaking, damaged and cracked tiles.
Re-point ridge and hip caps with Selleys Point Works; re-bed ridge caps where needed.
Apply our 3 coats of Roofcare's protective paint system: one coat of concrete tile sealer, one coat of high-density waterproofing cover coat, finished with one coat of high-density colour glaze.

Up to 15 years warranty applies.

Longrun iron & metal tile roofs

Spray with Safe N Simple, Roofcare's moss, mould and algae remover.
Water-blast the roof and clean out the gutters.
Replace leaking, damaged tin tiles or longrun roof sheets.
Replace loose, damaged and rusty nails.
Treat surface rust with a rust neutraliser, if required.
Apply our 3 coats of Roofcare's protective paint system: one coat of base primer, one coat of high-density high-build cover coat, finished with one coat of colour glaze.

Up to 15 years warranty applies.
